By Mail Ballot requests can be made online at govoteky.com or by calling 606-256-2831. The last day to make your request is MAY 7, 2024. Ballots may be returned by mail or placed in the drop box located at the Rockcastle County Courthouse-US25 entrance KRS 117.085
(Excused Absentee) Early In-Person (ID required) Available to those who qualify per KRS 117.085 (May 8-10th and May 13-15, 2024)
(No Excuse) Early In Person (ID Required) Early in person absentee voting will be available at the Rockcastle County courthouse, 205 East Main Street, Mt. Vernon, KY 40456 for ALL registered voters, regardless of precinct.

- Friday, May 17: 6AM-2PM
- Saturday, May 18: 8AM-4PM
