Tax Bills will be sold at the tax sale on August 10, 2026, beginning at 2 PM by Rockcastle County Clerk, Danetta Ford Allen. For your bill not to be offered for sale, you must either pay the bill by August 7, 2026, at 4 PM or set up a payment plan with the Rockcastle County Attorney’s office by August 7, 2026 at 4PM. No payments or agreements will be accepted on August 10, 2026. The bill amount listed is calculated for the August tax sale date but will have an additional advertising fee upon payment due to the bill being advertised in The Mt. Vernon Signal.
No check payments will be accepted after July 30, 2026.
