  2. Original Title of manufacture\u2019s certificate of origin.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Manufacture\u2019s Invoice (window sticker), or Affidavit of Total Consideration signed and notarized by seller and buyer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Lien Paper or Release if applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Signature of person to whom vehicle is to be titled must be notarized on VTR.\u00a0 <\/span>If the title is going in two names both must be notarized.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. U<\/span>SAGE Tax must be paid in full at this time. (sales tax-6%)<\/span><\/li>\n

  9. Transaction cannot be completed if the owner has delinquent taxes on any vehicle unless payment in full is made.<\/span><\/li>\n

    3. Affidavit of Total Consideration (VTR) signed and notarized by seller and buyer and must be notarized.\u00a0 <\/span>The form may be obtained by contacting the Clerk\u2019s office or by Internet (please see forms located on this website).<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Lien papers, if applicable. Signed by owner(s).<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Personal ID<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Usage Tax (sales tax-6%) paid in full at this time.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Payment in Full<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Transaction will take place only if the owner does not have delinquent taxed on other vehicles.<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. If moving into Kentucky, you must show proof of usage tax paid in the state from which you are moving from.\u00a0 <\/span>If you do not have any proof of usage tax paid, you will be given assumed credit for that states tax rate.<\/span><\/li>\n
